Yes, eating raw ginger peel is completely safe since it will not cause any possible diseases; anyway, it is always better to consume it early, without waiting a long time.

Most of the ginger sold in the market comes with peel, and if they are fresh, after disinfecting it by letting the ginger in hot water for at least 15 minutes, you can eat the raw ginger raw together with the peel.

The only thing you must be aware of and pay particular attention to is the disinfection process.
